(Mt 19:1-12, Mk 10:1-12)

This teaching should actually be entitled “teaching about marriage” and, ultimately, responsible use of the body, discerning God’s will, keeping the word, and, in a word, doing the fruits of the Holy Spirit. The contrary to this is pursuing the temporary impulses of the body, a hardening of the heart, and divisiveness; in short, rebellion against the will of God.
